While at the after party of a special screening of the INXS mini-series “Never Tear Us Apart”, two of Australia’s most exciting young rock bands, Lepers & Crooks and Barefoot Alley met and were inspired at how INXS took to the road playing every city and town in Australia, often playing 300 shows in a single year.

Both bands agreed that they would each buy a van and hit the road at whatever cost, as INXS once did, to rock cities and towns across Australia. They approached CM Murphy, the maverick music manager who took that same band to the top of the mountain, to ask for his support and having just witnessed both bands impressive live shows he gladly agreed. The result is their extensive 30 date Raw tour, taking in capital cities and regional towns from Melbourne to Mount Gambier and Newcastle to Nimbin.

CM Murphy believes (as he always has) that “Stadium bands are created from non-stop touring, phenomenal live shows and intense work ethic.”

Sam Baker, lead singer of Lepers & Crooks said “We are extremely excited to meet and perform for as many music fans and media as possible all over Australia, on our biggest tour yet!”

Hayden Miller from Barefoot Alley also said “We are looking forward to joining our great friends Lepers & Crooks to present our high octane music on the Raw Tour!”.
